Pacific was by far the most responsive and professional firm we received quotes from, and that carried right through the completion of the project. It is clear they know the right way to do it, and we are confident we got the best value and the best quality. Their crew were real craftsmen, the project manager kept us informed of progress in detail, and project was completed right when promised. Even the owner came to the job site ( on a Saturday no less) to quickly address a couple of minor concerns and make sure we were fully satisfied. When done, the project manager walked us through the project in detail. We could not be more pleased and proud of the results. These guys really know what they’re doing and the results show it.
